Psalm 139:13-16 describe God’s part in forming us in the womb. Just considering how our heads are made and work: the kinds, arrangement and working of our teeth and tongue. Just above them our sinus cavity and all it contains. The intricacy of how our eyes work. Ditto with our ears. And all of them wired directly to our brain, which still amazes neuroscientists today. And people think there is no God? Really?? It speaks of intricate design and creative power. We are “fearfully and wonderfully made” (v. 14). As God’s works we are “marvelous” (v. 14). Remember that the next time you see the paparazzi gawking after some celebrity.
