Ps. 95:10 says, “For forty years I was disgusted with that generation and said,’It is a people who go astray in their hearts, and they do no know my ways.'” This was God’s people who rejected the Promised Land and wandered in the wilderness. They had God’s presence with them and saw many miracles, yet their hearts were far from them. What makes our hearts go astray?
