John 9:24-25 says, “ So they again called the man who was blind, and said to him, ‘Give God the glory! We know that this man is a sinner’. He answered and said, ‘Whether he is a sinner I do not know. One thing I know: that though I was blind, now I see.'” The Pharisees wanted to disprove that Jesus had restored the blind man’s sight. They supposedly wanted God to receive glory, not Jesus the “sinner.” They wouldn’t allow powers they didn’t have to others. The man with new working eyes held strong: “Though I was blind, now I see.” Our testimony is something no one can take from us. For Jesus to remove our sins (blindness), he must have been sinless. We know that but this man didn’t. Outsiders today also hate his sinlessness. Let’s use our testimonies, including our sinless Savior, for God’s glory today.
